Aurora Charters operates a fleet of eight yachts across the Mediterranean, generating an average charter value north of €18,000. Despite their scale, every booking was still handled through WhatsApp, phone calls and email — reconciled in a shared spreadsheet.

Their guest experience was premium. Their operations were not. Inquiries went unanswered overnight. Deposits were tracked manually. Crew coordination depended entirely on the founder.

We designed and built a custom booking and operations platform tailored to Aurora's exact workflow: multi-day charter model, broker-and-direct channels, crew rostering, and AI-drafted itineraries.

The platform integrates directly with Stripe, WhatsApp Business, their CRM and a private OpenAI-backed AI layer. A production-grade admin dashboard replaced every spreadsheet and group chat.

Alongside the platform, we implemented full AI Search Optimization — schema.org, entity modeling, GEO/AEO content — to prepare Aurora for discoverability across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity.

Within one season, Aurora doubled the volume of reservations it could handle without adding staff. Confirmation times dropped from hours to minutes. AI now drafts every itinerary and every inquiry response — reviewed and approved by a single ops manager.
